Lanseria Flight Centre, established in 1989 is one of South Africa's leading flight training establishments offering fixed wing and helicopter training. The company has since enjoyed exponential growth, and expanded into other areas of aviation operating a fleet of over 22 aircraft.
Internationally recognised as a first class training organisation, LFC specialises in offering professional training with detailed advice for the domestic and international student. From short introductory lessons, hour building, hobby and career licences as well as advanced training, LFC offers a diverse range catering to all levels of flying interests.
At Lanseria Airport, LFC has a dedicated approved AMO maintenance operation and operates, nine C172s, C177RG, Cessna 182, Cessna 210, Beechcraft Duchess, Beechcraft Baron 55, Piper Navajo, Robinson R22 Helicopter,R44 Helicopter, turbine training aircraft, Flight Simulator Training Device and the desire to deliver the highest quality products and services to the industry. Lanseria Flight Centre offer the highest training and operating standards and are the only flight company in South Africa operating UK JAA validations and an automated booking, scheduling Oracle based software system to ensure students receive only the very best levels of service. Training at Lanseria is professional, efficient and prepares candidates for a career in aviation filled with competition.

LFC offer a new course, commencing at the beginning of every month. In addition, we tailor courses to accommodate client requirements, time constraints, and previous experience. Our clients training at LFC include, busy executives, full-time career students, bush pilots, farmers, recreational pilots, foreign students, and aviation enthusiasts! LFC caters for students from all over the world, in modern and thoroughly professional facilities. LFC have an excellent record with foreign students who arrive for a limited period to complete their flying in a time frame and to a recognized global training standard: pilot licences, hour-building, ratings, hire and fly, and flying safaris.
